Haven't updated in agggges, so I thought I'd start now. :)

But not right now LMAO. Tomorrow. :D

I usually don't do Resolutions, but I thought 2011 will be important and therefore warrants some rules for myself. So, I listed 5 Resolutions I solemnly swear to abide by at all times.

1. FOLLOW THE STUDY PLAN
           as I have devised for myself. GOAL: get better grades.

2. SAVE MORE MONEY
           for rainy days. GOAL: to control my spending.

3. FINISH AT LEAST THE FIRST 10 CHAPTERS OF MY NOVEL
           for real this time as I have been slacking. GOAL: to finish what I started.

4. ACE ALL STREAMING EXAMS
           i.e. Physics, Add Maths etc. GOAL: same as (1), really.

5. WATCH MORE LIVE PERFORMANCES
           including plays, musicals etc. GOAL: to appreciate the local performing arts scene.

Just a quick update before 2011 rolls along. :)

DEC 23, THURSDAY.
PMR result day! I was jittery the whole morning and could barely swallow food haha. In the end I scored 7A's. The subject I missed was Chinese, only got a B. Immediately after getting the results, we went to Penang. Had dinner at a new restaurant in Penang Plaza called Xi Yang Chen. The lamb was good. ;) Uncle Gary recommended a bunch of cameras and I fell in love with the Canon Powershot S95. <3

DEC 24 - 25, FRIDAY - SATURDAY.
Penang, Penang, Penang. Had Hokkien Mee for breakfast at Classic, Jalan Perak (aka, best damn place to have Hokkien Mee). Went back to gramps' and met up with Uncle Tony, Auntie Melanie, Simon and Abigail there. We all went to Padang for lunch and the karaoke til 5pm. Hella fun <3 Simon taught me The Proclaimers, and the four of us (S, A, Yang and I) sang GaGa like BAMFs. :D On Saturday night I watched CoS on HBO with the fam. Got hungry so my dad, Yang and I went to 7-11 in our jammies whee!

DEC 26, SUNDAY.
Returned from Penang. Managed to tidy up my study area, organise my calendar and wash my sport shoes before going to Lillia's. :D Asian Boy + GF was there, Danny was there, Grace + Wei was there. Speaking of, Grace and Qi's siblings are like BFFL or something and her brother will be coming to the wedding end 2011! Fingers crossed that Qi'll come to. ;)

DEC 27 - 29, MONDAY - WEDNESDAY.
On the 28th, Yang accompanied me to Berjaya Times Square to get my camera. I named him (a Canon Powershot S95, as per the one I was drooling over) Charcoal because he's black and smoking hot. *pun* The next day, I went for a medical checkup. The needle hurt but the peeing-in-a-cup thing was a lot less pleasant for me. Seriously. After that went to CHS for my brother's orientation. He got into 1A4. :) At night: celebration at Ming's Room. We totally screwed the karaoke machine over HAH.

err. I'd say more but I really need a shower.

I just got back from an awesome day afternoon of shopping! After having curry noodles for lunch, mum, Yang and I went to Empire to get a prezzie for his friend. We ended up in Toys 'R' Us and spent about an hour there. ;D In the end, I'm getting Yang a stuffed puppy, and he's getting me a Hispanic Barbie. :D I can't decide what to name her. It's a battle-to-the-death between Esmerelda, Serafina and Narcissa. They're all Hispanic names and all mean something to me - Esmerelda's from Hunchback Of Notre Dame, Serafina from Big Woo! and Narcissa as in Lucius's wifey. ;)

I suddenly have this urge to start collecting Barbies/clothes again. I might just do that.

After that, we went to get some toiletries. I got orange-flavoured lipbalm. ;) It's pretty yummy.

After dropping Yang off at his friend's, mum and I went to get groceries. Food! <3 I got granola energy bars, Jacobs veggie crackers and grass jelly. :D Also, we noticed that Darlie was giving FREE SNOOPY MUGS OMG so we bought 3, in case they didn't have the colours we wanted. Then when I went to the counter to get the mugs, they had SIX different colours and designs! So mum went and bought another 3. OMG SIX NEW SNOOPY MUGS I'M SO HAPPY. Even more happy than the time I found my feathered fan. I also got Baby Looney Tunes compact tissue packs, thus the title of this post.

On the way back, we passed by this boutique where everything - literally everything - was only RM30. So we went in and tada: I have 3 new outfits! :D

So all in all, pretty effing good day.

Off to play with GIMP! :)

So. I participated in the Youth Leadership Programme hosted by the Toastmasters over the weekend. It was fun. :) And I met a whole bunch of new people. Um, full post when I feel up to it. :)

Lately I've been missing everyone a lot. :( Holidays can be such poo sometimes.

I've been working on a new story! Top secret/mega confidential at the moment. I have to figure out how committed I am to it before I start posting it to the nets.

SO. My internet connection was down from Wednesday til yesterday. During which, I played loads of Solitaire (and some Spider) and made 2 wallies. :D

Today was fun as hell.

I went to Ashlee's in the morning (and got effing lost in the process, haha blur) and watched her do Maccy stuff. Then we went with Joohi to do threading. (Well, technically I watched as they did it. >:P) and then we were off to 1U.

Met Bob in MPH (I suck at ca-caw's) and wow doesn't this post sound boring. So I'll skip all the crappy bits and mention the nice ones. *also, me tired as hell*

• Cried twice when watching DH. After this movie, I'm gonna start shipping R/HR I'm sure. So much for Draco being Hermione's One And Only. :/ I guess she can share. At least it's not Hedwig/Mrs Norris OMFG FNFE haha. :D
• After the movie, Joohi, Ash, Bob and I went to TGV to camwhore with the HP7 promo. I felt like a doosh the whole time haha but it was fun. :) Joohi and I scared a girl when we approached her to ask her to help us take pics.
• JH kept texting Ash & I, aww. :) <3
• After Ash and Joohi left, Bob and I went to FE21 to try on clothes. I picked a sucky one. :/ Then we went to MPH to abuse the sunlight rainclouds. LOL.
• OH FORGOT TO MENTION JACLYN HAS BANGSSSSSSSSSSSSSS NOW. :D :D :D
